Discover how Diana Ulis embedded invisible wellness into every detail of The Ritz-Carlton Residences Fort Lauderdale Beach design.
MIAMI, FL, Jul 31, 2026, ZEX PR WIRE — What would invisible wellness look like to you? It's a question worth sitting with, because the honest answer for most people isn't found in amenities or technology. It's the feeling of stepping into a room and not wanting to leave. The sense that something in the environment is working in your favor.

That question sits at the center of The Ritz-Carlton Residences Fort Lauderdale Beach. Most developers set a vision and delegate. Diana Ulis, CEO and Founder of Admire Capital, has been on the ground for every consequential decision this project has made, from how the towers sit on the site to what runs behind the walls to how a buyer feels the first time they walk into the sales gallery.
She brought wellness consultant Amber Berger onto the project before a single plan was locked, a move that immediately expanded what was on the table. Berger, who originated the concept of Invisible Wellness, found in this project the ideal canvas for its application: the idea that genuine wellbeing in a home shouldn't require effort from the person living in it. It should already be operating, embedded in the architecture, the materials, the light, the air. "I wanted wellbeing built into the foundation itself," Diana Ulis says, "through the design, the environmental quality, the way the building connects you to the water."
Diana Ulis worked directly with architecture firm Garcia Stromberg on the orientation of both towers, prioritizing natural light, coastal airflow, and unobstructed water views not as aesthetic flourishes but as the structural foundation for how residents would feel inside their homes every day. She personally led the evaluation of building materials for what they don't emit. She oversaw how acoustics, air quality, lighting, and spatial flow were integrated as a single continuous system rather than a checklist of features. The most consequential elements of the building, by design, are the ones residents will never consciously register.
"At some point, I started asking whether the homes I was building were actually good to live in, not just beautiful to look at," Diana Ulis says. "Those aren't the same question."
That same scrutiny shaped the sales gallery. Diana Ulis treated it not as a conventional presentation space but as the first real encounter with what living in the building would feel like. The lighting, materials, sensory atmosphere, and hospitality were each considered as carefully as the residences themselves. A buyer should understand the project not from what they're told, but from what they feel the moment they walk through the door.
On service, Diana Ulis worked to translate the Ritz-Carlton's hospitality DNA into something structural and permanent. At 83 residences, the brand's instinct for anticipating what people need before they think to ask becomes a true residential baseline, a genuinely personalized model built for a community small enough to sustain it. "The question is never whether a brand is prestigious enough," Diana says. "The question is whether the building was actually built to support what that brand promises."
It's a standard Diana Ulis has held across every layer of this project. Every partner, every system, every material chosen in service of one question: what does it actually feel like to live here?
