Church of Scientology Nashville to Celebrate 40th Anniversary in Grand Style
Nashville, Tennessee, 6th February 2025, ZEX PR WIRE, The Church of Scientology Nashville is set to celebrate its 40th anniversary this April with a traditional evening soiree, promising an elegant and unforgettable night. This black-tie affair will bring together parishioners, dignitaries, and community leaders to commemorate four decades of service and outreach.
A Night to Remember
“We go all-out to celebrate our anniversary, but this year will be particularly special,” says Rev. Brian Fesler, Pastor of the Church.
Julie Brinker, Director of Community Affairs, is organizing the event. “Our aim is to give our parishioners and community guests a wonderful time. From live music to authentic Nashville fare, this will be a night to remember.” The celebration will feature fine dining, inspirational speeches, and exuberant entertainment, making it a truly remarkable evening.
Decades of Community Engagement
Since its opening in the historic Fall School building in 2009, the Church of Scientology Nashville has been actively engaged in community outreach and social betterment programs. “There is certainly a lot to celebrate,” Fesler continues.
Among the church’s key initiatives is The Truth About Drugs, a campaign aimed at educating youth and teens about the dangers of drug abuse. Another is a human rights education program that promotes awareness of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, signed into existence in 1948. Each of these initiatives includes informative booklets and public service announcements to enhance awareness and understanding. “It’s all about education and improving the world we live in,” says Fesler.
Parishioners have visited dozens of counties across Tennessee, conducting hundreds of seminars on drug education and distributing informational booklets to communities. The church has also played a significant role in Tennessee’s annual International Human Rights Day celebration. “We work with agencies to put together the event, which includes an education portion about the Universal Declaration’s list of rights, speeches, and an award ceremony for those who have demonstrated a life-long commitment to human rights,” explains Fesler.
