The Way to Happiness Brings Uplifting Message to William Edmonson Festival in Edgehill
Nashville, Tennessee, 31st October 2025, ZEX PR WIRE, The Way to Happiness Association of Tennessee proudly participated in the William Edmonson Festival (WE Fest) this past weekend at the William Edmonson Homesite & Gardens in Edgehill, sharing tools for a brighter, happier life with local families and community members.
Throughout the weekend celebration honoring Nashville’s own William Edmonson—America’s first internationally recognized African American sculptor—volunteers from The Way to Happiness engaged with festival-goers, distributing more than 100 booklets and posters based on the common-sense moral guide The Way to Happiness by humanitarian L. Ron Hubbard. Adults and children alike received materials offering simple tools for improving life, strengthening character, and fostering kindness and respect within the community.
“We love being part of neighborhood celebrations like WE Fest,” said a spokesperson for The Way to Happiness Association of Tennessee. “William Edmonson’s life is a powerful example of creativity, perseverance, and the impact one person can have on the world. Sharing The Way to Happiness here feels fitting—it encourages individuals to uplift themselves and others, just as Edmonson’s work has lifted and inspired generations.”
The Way to Happiness Association regularly participates in community events throughout Nashville, contributing resources that promote peace, honesty, and positive values. The booklet features 21 precepts, such as Love and Help Children, Respect the Religious Beliefs of Others, and Set a Good Example, offering guidance that people of all backgrounds can put into action.
The William Edmonson Festival celebrates art, culture, and the rich history of Edgehill, bringing residents together to honor one of the city’s most significant creative figures. By participating, The Way to Happiness Association continues its mission of uplifting communities one person at a time.
